Daniel, Dominic and Jason were great. Only thing that upset me was it took 4 hours to complete. I had appt. They had all my info and I was buying out my lease. Can’t figure out why it too so long. Other than that it was fine. Just wasted most of my Saturday sitting and waiting.
Made an appointment for same day which was done quickly. Upon arrival was told they were running behind and might take up to 2 hours. Expressed that I was not happy about that but to do the work, they were done in 45 minutes. I told them how much I appreciated them getting it done so quickly.
This dealership had great staff, very welcoming and kind. The complimentary treats and seating area were awesome!
