Rep's were calm and polite even though it was the day after memorial day and they were swamped. Staff inside waiting room offered drinks and snacks. No complaints. Just won't go on that day again 🙂

Pleasant service area staff, very nice lady in the refreshments area, and I really comfortable waiting room. I love how there are outlets to plug stuff in and a little desk to put things on. Sorry I don’t know who the mechanic was.
