Improvement could be possible in the service entry area. I drove into the area, walked up to five employees, and waited. All employees glanced up and someone should have said,”Someone will be with you.” As I waited, Jerrod showed up and immediately spoke to me. He raced around and immediately return to me. This behavior happened again upon returning to pickup my car for after $2,500 of service. Unfortunately Jerrod had left for the day.
