I wasn’t greeted right a way. I even got out of the car and was not acknowledged. I got back in my car and waited. I wasn’t told about the extra charge of alignment. I could of ask.
Service department is fantastic. Everyone is very friendly, and the job was completed in a timely fashion. The lady that works in the service waiting area is very nice also.

Jewel tried to make buying a new car a good experience in my circumstances of having to cut my losses from a fuel debaucle in my 2016 only new car.
