Luis was so kind and courteous. He went out of his way to make sure my daughter and my own oil change appointments were done in a timely manner. He was very friendly and made sure we felt comfortable with the current covid restrictions and allowed us to wait in the overflow express service waiting room. Couldn’t have been happier with our visit. Bob in parts also was super helpful and courteous. He got our van key cut and back to us so quickly and was so friendly!
