The whole process in the buying and using the service department has been top shelf. My next car will be from Hinderer. Best service I ever had!
Amy and Ashley were both great in getting me a rental car for vacation after I was in a bind with Enterprise. Amy had advised me that they had a rental however I didn’t get off work until Thursday evening and had rented out the vehicle to another customer due to not being able to hold the vehicle. Amy did tell me however if she got another rental she would call me and that’s just what she did. Great Customer Service and will rent a vehicle from here again!!
Curtis was very nice, not pushy, and easy to work with! We had a great experience! The process was easy and there was a “person” for everything.
I took my CRV in a day early due to a winter storm warning. The work was finished not only before the storm the next day, but before my appointment time! It was great! And Phil is really great! Always helpful, knowledgeable and sweet.

Everyone we met was very nice. Ryan went out of his way to take great care of us. It was extremely busy that day, but he still made us feel like we were his number one priority. The sales manager checked in often if Ryan had to step away and he was very friendly and helpful. Alexis helped with the delivery of my car and did a great job setting everything up in my vehicle. Financing was quick and easy with Juliana. I highly recommend John Hinderer Honda and their staff.

So happy with my new CRV and my experience with everyone I worked with at JHH.
