Great service with good recommendations. Communicated everything with me before proceeding with fixes. I usually am helped by Zack, who is amazing but was not available this day. I rated Zack for the previous services he has always helped me with. Phillip did great.

I came in to have a oil changed on a cold snowy night. I waited in the waiting room and had a coke. They call me out and said my car was all finished. As I reached the desk and pulled out my card, the man goes over everything they had done. And on the last page he pointed, there was all zeros. The man said I dont own anything!! That made my night! Everyone I have dealt with at John Hinderer has been super helpful and nice... whether it come to my lease or oil change service I have never been disappointed. Also a friend of mine had a no charge oil change here recently.... because we work and have been working at the hospital during the pandemic... that’s just awesome!
