When I got to Honda I was confused as to where to go be it was my first time getting an oil change with my new car. I went inn and they told me I could pull around, seeing that I had my baby already out of the car the men at the front were nice and comfortable to hold my baby so I could pull my car around. True to their word and easy to work with I do not live locally and everything was completely smooth, even from afar. We agreed to the purchase price and my vehicle's trade-in value over the phone. Then, everything was smooth as could be at the dealership. Everybody was very accommodating and friendly, and my experience was fantastic, as a result.
