Everyone was very polite. No mess left under the hood or underneath. Skid plate was put back on. Was watching my car get serviced & noticed the tech putting my drain plug back in was using a wrench to tighten it down. Told service advisor about it and he told him to use the correct tool.

Regular Service Came in because I was due for an oil change. Didn't have an appointment, but was taken care of immediately. Since I bought my car here, I know I could have been given a ride home and back, but the waiting area is the best and the service is done quickly.
Always a pleasure. I had the same help me that I typically get. He’s wonderful. I did notice on my take home sheet that my tires need replaced but that wasn’t reviewed. It could be he thought I already knew bc he usually goes over everything with me. Probably just a fluke.
Very friendly service! We came in looking at a certain car and we got taken care of right away. They have excellent costumer service, making sure every need is taken care of!
