We had a fantastic experience all the way around. Work so hard to get us into the vehicle we wanted. Lots of laughs and wonderful service.
I have bought, or leased, at least 5 cars, at Hinderer. They were great each time. All the staff treat you like family, or friends. They 'listen' to you. The autos they sell are top quality. I had an appointment for an oil change and was told I could use the shuttle to get back to work. I was excited about this because it would enable me to drop off my car during my half hour lunch break. I was told the shuttle would be there in 5 minutes. After a half an hour, I was told the shuttle should be there any minute. After an hour and 25 minutes, I decided to just wait on my car. Disappointing. Everyone was very friendly and the wait area and personnel were wonderful.
The salesman Chris Kidd was new and worked hard to answer all our questions. He was friendly and went above and beyond to help us. We love our Honda. The financial lady was great she had it all together. Alexis who showed us how everything works was friendly and very knowledgeable. The whole experience was great.
The gentleman at check in at service desk was great cant remember his name though

They got it done quick , but they forgot to reset the oil meter to 100 and I didn't like brake fluid sprayed on the engine smelled very bad ,took it back and they made it right ,was grateful

The sales rep was very friendly and helpful' answered questions and was pleasant. I didn't feel pressured into buying.
