When my cabin filter was replaced, acorns from the engine compartment fell into my air conditioner fan that I had to remove, then before I dropped it off I knew I had to replace the back driver side rotor because it was warped and the brake pads on that side were worn and gone (metal on metal grinding), yet they never said my brakes were bad in my multi point inspection

When we do our multi-point inspection, if the tires are not off we do a visual inspection - and depending on the vehicle, rim, etc. they are not nearly as accurate as if we were to take the tire off and use a tool to give a full inspection of the brakes. Nice truck. Good deal. However check engine light came on day2 after purchase. Called service multiple times left voice-mails and then called salesman and left voice-mails. To this day never recieved a call back. Had check engine light checked out nothing too serious. It just Needs tune-up but still disappointed in customer service. To pay 19-20k for a vehicle and check engine light comes on and to never recieve a call back after leaving voice-mails to multiple people is very displeasing.

I've dealt with Hinderer since 2006 when I bought my 1st CRV. The service department is excellent. Dealing with Daniel for my new CRV was an easy experience. Have recommended Honda to 3 member of my family and would also recommend them to others!
