New to me CRV We were just going to "look" at cars today. But found a wonderful, blue CRV. Dave Lybarger was the the salesman that put up with all of our questions and concerns. Great customer service! We came in to look at the 2018 CRV and were welcomed and helped right away. The staff was very patient, friendly, and helpful. Curt was not pushy at all and worked with us to figure out what would fit our lifestyle. Matt did an excellent job at explaining in detail the features of the vehicle we chose. Everyone we met was so very friendly. We had an enjoyable car buying experience.
Decent Prices on Used Hondas and great experience The used Honda market in Columbus is very inflated and there are lots of "no haggle" (lol?) dealers around that waste your time. John Hinderer is much easier to deal with. We found a price that was decent for me and decent for them very quickly. Could I find a better price or have negotiated harder? Sure. But, both parties have to win for a sale to happen. Jason N. was very pleasant to deal with, I'd recommend him if you are looking to start the process at this dealership.
My purchase experience. I have purchased two vehicles within a year from Alexis at John Hinderer. I will always go to them first. No high pressure. Honest and open.
