Couldn’t Have Been Easier! Came in to check out a car I was interested in, not planning on buying anything just yet, but 3 hours later I was driving off in my 2016 Honda Civic EX-T. Jason and the whole team ran through all sorts of circles trying to get my financing worked and and I could be happier they did because I love my new car. I’d definitely recommend Jason, and the whole John Hiderer team for anyone looking for a Honda.
Outstanding From the moment we walked in until the final handshake, purchasing our new CRV EXL was an easy, satisfying experience. Taylor was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable and we were not intimated at all. Henry, in finance, was so interesting to listen to and he treated us like we were his family. Pleasing We chose to come back to John Hinderer for the 3rd time and have bought a new car each time. Our experience has been excellent as everyone is accommodating, as well as graciously kind. Ron was quite patient as I struggled to decide what vehicle would suit me best and then decide the color. Ron was extremely helpful as we looked at many SUVs, multiple times. Best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle!! Dustin along with everyone else at the dealership took great care of me. They got me in exactly what I wanted and even gave me lunch! He wasn’t pushy and actually listened to what I was saying. Go see this man if you’re buying a car, and definitely buy a Honda. Henry also went above in beyond to get me the car I wanted and I’m so thankful for that, these guys really car and aren’t just worried about pushing inventory, never had a better experience
