I saw an appealing ad for a car in Cars.com. Nathan had taken the car in on trade and had driven it. What impressed me most was his candor in describing a front end problem with the car. I drove it, found it exactly as he had described it on the phone, and bought it. I had my mechanic replace the front tires and do an alignment, and now the car is perfect.
Even though Hinderer Honda had been getting pretty lousy reviews in the past I had no problems negotiating with the sales staff. Since 2003 my wife and I have purchased 4 new Odysseys and 5 new CRVs from this dealership. In my lifetime I have negotiated for and owned 26 new automobiles. I came to John Hinderer very optimistic. I was looking for a used vehicle and wanted to trade in my car. This was going to be my first time buying a car on my own and trading the car I have been driving since i was 16. I met Nathan and he worked with me to get me into the appopriate car that fit my budget and my vehicle needs. John Hinderer Honda had the best prices on used CR-Vs, so it was well worth the trip from Columbus. Melissa was very friendly and helpful without being aggressive. She was very knowledgeable about the product and provided a thorough explanation of how all of the features worked. Love the performance and mileage of my honda accord. I wont deal with anybody but Sherri Cheney. She was very welcoming and has a smile and kindness like no other.
Well, I came in for an oil change but after meeting Sherri and through her friendly service and smile I just HAD to have a NEW 2013 Pilot. She definitely was the highlight to this whole process. Her and the John Hnderer staff were very helpful and informative. Will have a customer for life.
