John Hinderer Honda had the best prices on used CR-Vs, so it was well worth the trip from Columbus. Melissa was very friendly and helpful without being aggressive. She was very knowledgeable about the product and provided a thorough explanation of how all of the features worked. By far, John Hinderer Honda and its employee, Ray Moore, were the most honest car dealer that I have ever experienced. Ray Moore definitely worked to the best of his abilities to make the experience much more comfortable than I would have expected from a large high-pressure dealership.
