Very disappointed . I took my Honda Civic 2014 because it wouldn’t start. They “fixed” and repaired the engine switch and bill was about $500. In a week the same problem, car wouldn’t start . I took it back to the service garage and now they said is the starter bill $800!! I asked if there is any warranty that this time is real fixed , I was told no. I hope I don’t get stocked in my trip to NY. Very frustrated

2 hours for an oil change and I was 3rd in line. Several cars came behind me and left before me. Guy told me it would be 1 hr to 1 1/2 hr. 2 hours later.
Very poor customer service. Not on time for scheduled appointment and gave a rude response when asked
Nice clean waiting area with plenty of snacks and drinks. Plenty of sitting so your not right on top of one another.
I was told there were several openings for an oil change and a tire rotation and I picked a time and they said my car would be done several different times and I ended up waiting there for two hours. Someone went to get the service manager to talk to me about it and he never came. I am very disappointed! Probably go somewhere else from now on.
Admit your mistakes if you screw up, did not communicate they damaged our car when we took it in for service. I broke my mirror off, took it in, they fixed the mirror but damaged the trim around the window. They did fix it at their cost, however, no one would have said a word had I not brought it up and could prove I had pictures before the repair. I brought my ridgeline in because it had a loud humming noise. After they diagnosed the noise, after $1700 worth of parts and labor on rear brakes, wheel bearing and tie rod ends, the loud humming noise is still there! I won't be going back!🤬
This is the second time I've taken my car here for service. The first was terrible, but it's the closest dealership so I decided to give them another chance. This time was not terrible at least, but not great. It took several phone calls to get them to actually work on my car and fix the issue, if I hadn't questioned them then I would have gone to pick up my car and it wouldn't be fixed.
