Dr.Horn is the most knowledgeable, compassionate,caring GP I have been to and I've been to several. He takes his time to listen and respond. I've even suggested going away from Mt.Carmel (whom he is associated with) and never get opposition from him.I cannot recommend him highly enough!
Dr. Horn is very knowledgeable and probably the best PCP I’ve ever had. He takes his time with you and he truly cares and has my best interests at heart. He has been my doctor since 01/2009 and most likely be my doctor until I pass. He is also my husband’s doctor and he feels the same way. Dr. Horn has always gone above and beyond with both of us. I thank God for him.
He’s been our family‘s doctor for over 20 years. We moved away from Grove city, and still drive a half hour away, solely because of him!

Dr. Horn has a wonderful bedside manner! He listens well and explains everything well, also! He doesn't make you feel rushed and he's extremely knowledgeable! He has helped me with various challenges over many years and I treasure his expertise immensely!
