I think Dr. Horn is the best. Very detailed when making a diagnosis, and always wants an update if something is not working. Dr. Horn is very personable and considerate of my time. I never have to wait more that 5-10 minutes in the lobby.
Arrived late and Dr horn could not see my 87 year old mother. We were 15 minutes late due to traffic.
Dr Horn is an exceptional and caring physician, I have no quams with anything but the shear rudeness of the receptionist Kristen was unacceptable. She was condescending an has poor patient relations when I tried to confirm her name was Kristen her exact words were "you didn't hear me the first time!?" while her supervisor was literally standing directly next to her. Her snide attitude was unacceptable and my family will not be conversing with her any longer. Horn great?? ??kristen......??
