John was amazing!! He was always eager to teach us and help us with such a scary new process for two new home buyers who knew nothing! He was available at all (reasonable) hours for us and was always such a pleasure to work with! We're honestly a little sad to be done working with him, but we know he's still there if we have any questions! We were so extremely lucky to get to work with him, we would recommend him to anyone! John and the team at OVM Financial were incredible. They are the very thourough, professional and are always available for a question. John always took my calls and emails and if he did not have an answer he found one and contracted me back, usually within minutes. As first time home buyers we had a lot of suggestions from family about who we should go with for our mortgage, but after shopping around, and actually starting the process with another company, we decided to call John and he saved the day! John and his team worked out our mortgage quickly and they were always available for questions with fast responses (unlike the company we started with), and just made it a smooth transaction!
Worked day and night to get us what we wanted. Buying a house is a pain in the butt, However John and his team never quit. He was available anytime i needed to ask a question and made sure we had what we needed at closing.
John was always there when I called, texted or emailed. Sometimes you have a quick thought or question, so his availability and knowledge were a huge help! We’ve bought a home before in another market, but this experience with John and OVM was way more smooth!
