I can’t say enough good about John and Paul at OVM! My husband and I are currently sitting in our dream home and OVM made it happen!! They were very helpful and patient with us, helping to weigh the different mortgage options and figure out what worked best for us. John helped school me on loan terms, options, et al. He provided me quick and reliable service when needed and made sure everything went smoothly with him and his team, and constantly communicated with all other parties involved. You know you've found <your guy> when he tells you what you need to know rather than what you want to hear. I really appreciated the hard work and easy solutions John and his team provided for our family as we closed on a town home in St. Augustine. The file upload portal, direct communication (sometimes daily), and the financing options were absolutely awesome. I would prefer to work with them on any new financing issue I have in the future. They made the process easy and a lot less stressful than my past experiences when financing a new home.

Couldn’t have been more thankful to have John by my side during this whole process. As a first time home buyer it was easy for me to get frustrated and annoyed but John acted professional and diligent to make sure I was always comfortable.
