Dr. Etcheverry was great. I felt he really listened to me and came up with a course of action to help my plantar fascitis. He throughly answered all my questions and concerns. He is professional and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Dr. J Etcheverry is very caring person and listen to your questions and explains conditions well. He is trustworthy and treats you with respect . The staff are also nice and friendly . Christina, his nurse is very helpful and returns calls in a promptly manner with helpful information. I liked the Well Loop app, it’s very helpful way to communicate and keeps you informed on what to expect on your procedure, etc. Setting up schedule appointments was good and wait time was on time . I give Dr. John Etcheverry a 5 star.
Best communication from a doctor, great bedside manner. Jokes, friendly and great staff from visits to surgery to after care. I received emails on treatment before surgery, to date of surgery and weeks after on helpful advice and how my daily life was going. Questions on pain levels and blood clot warning signs. Unreal follow-up. Would never go elsewhere. Thank you Doctor, your staff and surgery center staff.
The WellLoop ap is a great feature for connecting with the office and understanding your care. It was a quick check in and informative follow up, I was able to understand daily what I should be expecting.

Dr Etcheverry is the best surgeon. Ive had 2 ankle surgeries by him. He is very caring and his staff are the best. You can't find a better team. His nurses and cast techs are very involved with their patients.
Dr, Etcheverry is awesome. He did surgery on both my left heel (2018) and my right (2023). He is very professional, knowledgeable, caring and supportive. He answers any questions and puts the best solution forward. I had no problems after surgery. It was a smooth process and I recovered at a great pace with complete relief. His nurse Christine is also awesome, sweet and caring.
