John was able to help us refinance our home and did not have to charge us points to drop our interest rate to 3.5% even though we did not have the best credit. We no longer have to pay PMI, so it is saving us over $300 every month. They also did not charge us for an appraisal. The whole process was so easy and everyone was very helpful and friendly. This was the smoothest and quickest one we have ever had and this is our 12th. We will only use Churchhill Now and John and his team are the best!
