Every aspect of the loan experience with John Miller was great - from the beginning to the end. This was our first home purchase and John helped us every step of the way, over multiple hurdles (prejudiced appraisers, crazy LA market, and all). He was very responsive and communicated regularly throughout the process, which was key after speaking with our credit union and getting the runaround from them for a month. On top of all of the help he provided, he also got us an amazing rate!
