John is extremely knowledgeable and communicative. We bought a new home and started with the builder's lender, but they were unable to provide us with a good option due to our unique situation. John is truly a rare find when it comes to home lenders. When my wife and I initially met John last summer, we were prepared to buy a house. However, given a variety of reasons, we decided not to move forward. John being the ever consumate professional and all around wonderful human being he is, followed up with us for the next 5 months. Fast forward a few more months, and ultimately we purchased a home with John's help!
