John and our discussions made this experience great. I asked some in depth questions about a variety of topics including discount points, Fannie and Freddy, my loan in Utah being a conventional loan but our loan in Minnesota this time around being an FHA potentially and some other questions. John didn't hesitate making sure he answered my questions and gave excellent examples and explanations.
