As we approached closing date things felt rushed and unprepared. Our closing documents weren't sent until 30 minutes before closing. Our realtor expressed that other clients who have worked with Churchill Mortgage had similar experiences.

It overall was an okay. However, there was some confusion near the end when certain paperwork was needed. We were told by someone working with John that they would be reaching out to our payroll company for that paperwork, but then found out they needed from us after all. We received an email from John that felt like we were being scolded for the confusion and didn't really respond or apologize for the confusion on their end.
