The loan specialist I worked with was very friendly and answered my questions. However, there were times when I would ask questions and would never get any answers. Additionally, the appraisal payment process needs to be addressed. Because I was not the person who gave the appraiser permission to go out to the property it cost me additional money for the appraiser to go back and out and complete the final report.
