The customer service was excellent overall. But our paperwork was screwed up repeatedly. First close date we showed up and loan values and fees were all wrong. Second time they were right but my wife was the primary borrower. And then we were called back to sign them all a third time because of the mistakes from #2. CM refunded me some money, but that was 3 days I had to leave work and drive my vehicles 45 minutes each way.
