Tyler Cole McKalip had a pleasant demeanor about him from the moment he walked up and introduced himself and asked if we needed help to the moment where the sale was complete. I was with my mother who is in her 70s and likes to share her wisdom and stories with people to help them. He used his time wisely getting the sale. Our salesperson was very helpful and let us browse without interference until we were ready to ask about purchase.
The sales person was great but not as knowledgeable as I would expected. I asked a few questions…the person had y to o ask someone else for the answer but at least the person didn’t try to guess or make up something.
Oliver Piazza was again extremely helpful. We found great furniture for good prices.

Kail has been a great, knowledgeable, patient salesperson. He gives us space to browse and helps when we ask for it. His suggestions and recommendations have been very helpful as well.
