Tyler Cole McKalip had a pleasant demeanor about him from the moment he walked up and introduced himself and asked if we needed help to the moment where the sale was complete. I was with my mother who is in her 70s and likes to share her wisdom and stories with people to help them. He used his time wisely getting the sale.
