When I first went into Ashley's, I had in my mind that I wanted a sofa and love seat. After seeing the huge selection, my mind had changed. I was greeted by Jamie when I had wandered into John V's, she was very helpful and answered all of my questions, truly a professional. In the end, I chose a sectional and the best part is that it it was only going to take 6 days for it to be delivered because it was in their warehouse.

The sales rep was the most awesome person She feel hot to everything as far as understanding the invoicing and the product and explain the product and was very confident and made me more confident in how she saw the items

We were happy to have Patrick in Erie Pa. as our salesman. He seems to be very honest and helpful without being pushy. The showroom is set up well , neat and clean with a lot of items to see and choose from. We had a great experience and we will definitely be back in the future if and when more items are needed.
