I came in as a new patient for pink lesions and wanted to get a full skin check as well as some retinol cream. The PA and MA were very thorough and documented all of my concerns. When Dr. Timani came in she examined me for about two minutes. She looked at the PA and said "we will talk about her areas of concern outside" and walked out. I have been seeing Dr. Timani for about 15 years. All was OK until about 4 years ago after her first PA hire. The PA froze a few pre-cancerous cells on my hands. Today I still have scars. 20 months ago the second PA took over as my medical examiner. All was fine until she began to prescribe topical creams to treat pre-c cells on my forearms. I spent hundreds of dollars over a period of 4 1/2 months on creams meant to treat Psoriasis (I don't have), and Acme (I don't have) and wrinkles (I'm 75). After calling her out on this,... read more

Most unprofessional practice ever! They advertise you to buy packages and as soon as you buy them, you receive the lowest quality service ever. If you are not happy with a service and you request to see Timani, she does not even spend less than 3 mins to show up and check on you. Very disappointed with her practice. I paid for a full package and once I called once to verify my $200 credit balance, the receptionist confirmed I have a balance of $200. it was the worst doctor visit ever. first she was so judgmental about my acne and treated me like " oh it is terrible,social communication must be hard ". second she gave me few medication before i start Accutane without considering that those medications will effect my blood works result. after i got my blood work her nurse called me, out of no where told me "sounds like your liver doesn't work properly you got to fix that problem first!". she didn't explain anything even when i asked is there any chance that the result is ... read more
AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS. If I could put negative stars I would , This facility does not care about your welfare, health or wellbeing , They only care about making money , On October 25, 2019 I went to see the doctor about a skin rash. The doctor took a look at my back, she couldn’t see any rash then she prescribed a cream and suggested a blood test. I did the blood test on October 29, 2019. Office staff are very rude.
My first visit to this office. The PA, Megan, was amazing. Very polite, very knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. I was highly impressed with her! And: she resolved my problem!! Front desk staff - polar opposite! Rude and dismissive is what summarizes their behavior. Wanted to overcharge me citing “office policy”, I had to get my insurance company on the phone to get the matter resolved finally. This is a response to Dr. Timani's office response for my visit on June 14th. I am upset that her office staff fails to take constructive criticism and work on ways to correct it. So here is more details on my experience with the office staff. Scheduling an appt was not of ease as the scheduler seemed to be preoccupied and I found myself repeating my info to her.
