My 1st visit with Dr. Timani was more informative than the first doctor I went to regarding my skin condition. However, I'm not impressed at all regarding her office staff. With scheduling, I found myself being asked several times for info that was asked earlier and confirmed earlier. On the day of my appointment, I arrived in the office 30 mins before my appointment time. Professional knowledge excellent. Wait time excessive. Appointment was for 10:20. Had two biopsies and 5-6 spots frozen. Checked out at 12:10.
Business response:
Some patients are complex, especially if they have more than 10 concerns & want them addressed, even though they are unrelated to the original appointment set. Patients like you set us back & cause wait times for other patients. All concerns were addressed & procedures performed same day out of courtesy. Another provider would have only covered the original reason for visit. You should not remain anonymous because we know who you are . You should be grateful. All the best with your future care.
Did not make my first appointment. Front desk was more concern of me being late and charging me vs of understanding my situation.
I will never recommend her and one of the worst service ever had. Blocked 2 appointments till date specifically requesting/asking to meet her for my son's skin/hair issues (7 yr old). They blocked the dates accordingly and those 2 times, we (Myself, spouse along with my elder son as well as with my Toddler, 1.5 Yrs old) were forced to wait for more than 2 hrs and later personal assistant came back to us stating, Dr. is left for the day. Charged even for Medicaid which they aren't supposed
The worst possible practice, they have the worst possible front staff suppose to open at 8 Am no one showed up till 8:15. Very rude no one apologized, we had Cigna insurance and also showed them that we had Medicaid automatically they said people with Medicaid do not pay us back what is owed so office policy is if you even show us the card we will not see you, They turned away an 80 year old women who needed care and had valid insurance. I had the worst possible experience
Doesn't listen...left with wrong treatment that I went for, given RX treatments with no instructions, such a rushed experience that I'm still trying to comprehend what happened.
Dr,Timani was the worst Doctor I ever saw, she only spends 30 sec to 1 min, never diagnose the problem properly and make you visit several times. I never recommend to others..
Office visit was very rushed, Dr Timani was in the room maybe 30 seconds including freezing an area she had biopsied a few weeks before. Called the number for bio results leaving info 3 different dates for over a weeks span, Never got a return call, Office Staff is out of touch. Signed in and took a seat as requested,never did my co-pay, Got ready to leave,went to check out and they told me i was good to go, I told her that i had not paid yet. I paid,then cancelled my next appt.
Firstly the meeting with her was very rushed. Once you go into the room, a really rude nurse sees you in and then makes you wait additional 40 minutes for a 5 minute visit. The doctor does not answer any question properly and only looks for ways to make money off of you. I have stopped going to her now.
