Came to Johnson City Ford to have a recall preformed on my truck, I have been around the world and halfwY across Texas in a lot of dealerships and i work with the pu lic a lot. The 3 ladies i met this morning in the service dept, April, Brittany and Mildred are 3 of the nicest people you can hope to meet in a public arena, they went out of their way to make you feel special as a customer. Overall a fantastic experience. Christian helped me look for a new truck, he was extremely knowledgeable and could answer all my questions accurately. You could tell he actually enjoyed his job.
