My husband and I were looking for a car and Johnson City Ford was nothing short of excellent. I inquired online about the car I was interested in and in return I got a personalized video showing that the car was still on the lot. Once we went to look at it we had the pleasure of dealing with Matthew McCracken. He made the buying process go very smooth. He listened to our needs and done his best to stay within our budget. We couldn’t have ask for a better car buying experience!

We bought a escape and the sales person mike rainwater was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the inventory they had and could answer all of our questions we had so if u need a car go and talk to rainwater he is the best salesman that I have ever had so far with in trying to buy a car experience thanks mike.
