Best Dealership in East Tn. I've bought several trucks over the last Few years From this Dealership. My experience at Johnson City Ford have been top notch, starting with Ed Johnson the General manager to the salesman. Only place I will go and purchase a new truck from.

I am not sure where these other negative people, shopped? I bought my MKZ and they were AWESOME. .Wish all dealerships operated like Johnson City Ford. They listen and took care of your needs. Was more interested in building a relationship with us! These other Debbie Downers turned to FB to trash a company because they didn't get what they THOUGHT the deserved on one visit? Not right.. We are VERY happy customers, have been dealing with Johnson City Ford for over two years, numerous times.. NO complaints..
