RecommendedI am not sure where these other negative people, shopped? I bought my MKZ and they were AWESOME. .Wish all dealerships operated like Johnson City Ford. They listen and took care of your needs. Was more interested in building a relationship with us! These other Debbie Downers turned to FB to trash a company because they didn't get what they THOUGHT the deserved on one visit? Not right.. We are VERY happy customers, have been dealing with Johnson City Ford for over two years, numerous times.. NO complaints..

With all that has happened, I'm happy to admit that I honestly thank Ed Johnson and everyone at Johnson City Ford for their help getting this motor as fast as they did. It was supposed to be 4 weeks and it got here in little under 5 days. Regardless of the rental car debate, I'm a big enough man to say thank you for your help.
