Glenn Smith was great. He was very empathetic to us losing everything in Helene and listened to what we needed. Craig Brown was wonderful, too, and went the extra mile to get me financed despite credit challenges. Great experience!

My normal service advisor was out with surgery. The advisor I dealt with tried to tell me I needed work I've already had done. Not happy with this.
