I was offered service packages that included oil change and tire rotation which I already get for free. You should have and option where those are not included in the price

The south service department wfccas very nice, but they charged me for a part that wasn't replace, as I requested. They did charge me a $136 dollars and some change fore a $4 part. But they were nice while doing it

My normal service advisor was out with surgery. The advisor I dealt with tried to tell me I needed work I've already had done. Not happy with this.
