Service man vaped in our vehicle it smelled awful we watched him from window do it.. not even sure they really changed oil and flushed our transmission it was in bay about 15 minutes and the guy was out fooling around most of that time we watched him.The, service man inside wouldn't give us information on our doc plan.. They always did before he said he couldn't do that!! we have bought 3 vehicles there but won't never trade there again. Before it changed hands we got the best complete friendly satisfaction now it's nothing ... read more
