Great service after I filed a complaint with the bbb and finally got a transmission put in my car. It took me over a year of me telling Kingsport Nissan that something was wrong with my car and I needed a transmission which they ignored. After taking it to Johnson city Nissan and calling the bbb I finally got a new transmission put in my car. After it was all said and done I now get treated with the respect I should of had over a year ago.
