Got same day appointment after receiving a coupon for a $54.95 oil change and tire rotation. I also arrived at the appointment with an engine air filter that I had purchased and inquired about the cost to install it. Josh told me that it would be installed for free. It wasnt bad, however they didn't have my maintance agreement on file, but I had one kept in my glove box. Lastly somehow another customer almost was checked out that had the keys to my car.

Over priced my rear brakes, and just cleaned battery cables and was charged approx. $500, way over the $300 estimate they quoted me. And when you check on CarFax, they will list services they did not perform.
