I have used Tri-Cities Nissan since 2005 to purchase my family vehicles. I also have my servies there. My extended family has also purchased 3 vehicles and again do their services there. I have to be honest when the dealership changed ownership i had concerns. However when i knew Margo stayed on as Johnson City Nissan became the new owners, i felt so much more confidant keeping my Rogue service with Johnson City Nissan.

We purchased a 2024 Ford Bronco on 7/31/2026. I had been in the dealership office the day before with a mailer I had received. I asked about the price of the Bronco on the 30th and no one who was in could give me the number. I called the next day and the salesperson I met with the day before was not available so I asked to speak to someone who could give me the price and was finally connected to the sales manager who gave me the price. We went and it took 4 hours to have the deal completed!
My car was ransacked and I had a few dollars and a coffee cup full of change in the center console. Someone stole it. Service manager Chris adamantly denied it. He said his people would not do that. He said there is a construction crew working at the dealership.
Dealership remodeling, it was a mess trying to get in. Management needs to have a better layout for patrons waiting for cars. Not a tiny trailer room. Margo did her very best. Considering the situation.
Went in with 4 custom valve stem caps came out with 3 contacted them hadn't seen cap can't prove don't think it feel off
The actually service was good! The service advisor, Margot had a terribly attitude towards me when I tried to get an update and try to see if my warranty covered a rental car. She told me that the warranty didn't approve one. I called them and they said I was absolutely able to get one and set it up for me! I also called a couple times and was told I would receive a call back and never got one.
