After the service they said my rear brakes were at 3 mm and need replacement. I said you just replaced my brakes less than 10,000 miles ago. She walked away and came back said you're right they are 6 mm. I felt like 1. You were trying to scam me. 2. Your team didn't check at all and relied on a check list without checking the computer
They did a very good job. They are very professional and courteous

Service was good but due to a water line bro, restroom accommodations were poor and car wash benefit was not available.

The oil change was good, but they wouldn't address an issue that I pointed out and explained to them

pushing service I do not want or need
Horrible sales staff. Tried to strong arm me into a truck I didn't want. Monthly payment would have been $700 with a cosigner, for a 24 Frontier. Went back on their website, plugged all my numbers in and the monthly was only $430. I get people need to get paid, but I'm not stupid. Truck is still sitting on their lot. They told me it would be gone in the next few day. It's been a month since this happened.
They rotated my tires but one was really low and nobody said anything. So what else did they not do ?
