My experience with Johnson Roofing Solutions was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring them. During the initial estimate and review process, Johnson Roofing Solutions seemed helpful and knowledgeable. They answered my questions and even helped us select a roof color that would complement our home. We discussed multiple quality options and underlayment types, and I ultimately agreed to upgrade to peel-and-stick underlayment for roughly an additional $2,000. Hello Mr. Foley, This negative review comes as a surprise considering that JRS's contract disclaims damages to gutters. This was explained to you before, during, and after your project. Despite this JRS still sent a repair tech who spent 3 days with you "correcting" all of your concerns to appease you. Notice all the roofs in their pictures are huge. If they can not clear atleast $10,000 off of the roof, they do NOT want to touch it. Like I said before (and they deleted my comment so no one would see it) a guy came to my house looked at our roof and said, "I've got "Mexicans" that can walk these types of roofs, no problem."
