My first time purchasing an RV so I don't have a lot of experiences to compare it to. I would say 'proceed with caution'. Pros: great selection, very friendly and personable salespeople who helped identify vans that would work for me. They found out the answers to my questions, and patiently helped me walk through every feature to make sure I would be able to use it myself. Cons: Slippery purchase process.
