Jonathan worked very hard and put a lot of effort, patients, tenancy, positivity thanks until the final moment to close the deal. Jon didn't give us any of the fluff from other lenders. He was always available and picked up all calls my wife and I had. I can't wait to use him for our vacation home as we will be buying that very soon.
Jon was an amazing help. When other lenders didn’t give me the time of day, Jon came in to save the day. My mother doesn’t know any English, he was able to explain all the documents to her in Spanish, her only language. He closed on time and got me an amazing interest rate. Don’t know what I can say to truly describe how great this process was. Jon is a a family guy, patient, understanding, and VERY knowledgeable. He was with me every step of the way and answered my million questions with grace and enthusiasm. I felt like he cared about me getting house and wouldn’t stop until we closed!
