Please do not let Jonathan Perkins success trick you. He can afford the commercials and billboards because his goal is to settle as many cases as possible as quickly as possible, which makes him quick money because if his amount of clients. I had my motor vehicle claim with them. I was rear ended by a drunk driver so bad that if my kids were in the car they would have been severely injured. The absolute worst representation I ever experienced with a law firm. Unresponsive, unavailable, and finally unsuccessful. It turns out they made 56% and I made 44% of a meager settlement which did not even cover the medical expenses. Be ware of this firm. They give Ambulance Chasers a bad name.

The kind of law firm that employs people who would use their office letterhead to threaten other small business owners with illegitimate lawsuits. The word bully comes to mind. How can can any ethical person entrust their case with a firm like this? They can't.
