After being with another attorney and firm for just over 2 1/2 years after a motor vehicle accident I changed firms because of lack of attention and response. I felt that they worked hard to support me and fight for me. As well as advised me on decisions that helped to protect me and serve my interests in the case.
I will say they always answer the phones, but as far as my case manager I had to change my cm because she was not returning my calls or checking on me, still once changed The next cm barely checked on me. But when I did call her she gave me all the info I needed. Settled my case reasonable settlement but took 3 months after my therapy was done...

Service was good, Representatives were helpful, but was not satisfied with the Medical assistance program. Felt like the case was more about just getting the money and the medical protections plan was actually not a treatment but just a roll call to show the treatment, and that cost was too much for that.
overall happy, would use again. I wish follow up was more often, your add says every three weeks I think ???? I was lucky if it was every 3-6 months, some times I had to ask what's going on. All more communication is needed when your spending money and not tell us. the one that that made me say WTF was 1200.00 to go to pre-trial! if you have to pay then you have to pay, but you need to tell US! this was my first time ever involved with anything like this, I learn a lot!
