I am extremely pleased with the services Jonathan Rishel, of Waterstone Mortgage, provided. Jon was very efficient and I learned a lot about the process. My agreement in purchasing my new home included a 30 day closing date. With Jon’s help, I was able to close in UNDER 30 days!!!!! Jon was awesome! Jon was a great help. He understood my situation and was able to provide the answers to all my questions and find the right loan for me. Kept me up to date with all documents, walked me through them. Just a very outgoing personality. It was a true pleasure to work with someone like that. Purchasing a home is stressful, but he made the process easy. Jonathan was awesome to work with. He was with us every step of the way to get us approved. Even a couple of months after all was said and done, he still is there to answer any questions I may have.
