I'm confident working with Jon on my first home purchase was as smooth, efficient, and educational as anyone could hope for. Excellent communication. Able to explain every step and priority. He seems very driven and passionate about his field of work. I do believe he managed to get me the best mortgage and rate and with greater buying power than more conservative lenders.

Jon is the absolute best lender I have ever dealt with. I have been an agent for 4 years and I have used Jon on 90% of my deals including my own personal home loan. He is always on top of it and provides my buyers with so much assistance. Even if their credit isn't exactly up to par, he will guide them into the steps to get their credit where it needs to be. You can tell that he actually enjoys what he does. I have never had one client complain about him. Everyone loves Jon Rishel!

While no real estate transaction is without a few hiccups along the way...Jon and his team will work with you to explain things and get things done on time! Only thing I wished I would have done is lock in my interest rate sooner because it went up when I floated it! So if Jon offers you to lock in a rate...DO IT! Other than that, great experience!

I was recommended to Mr. Rishel and could not have been happier! He was knowledgeable and patient when explaining the process to us. He made himself available during hours that were convenient to us. He ecen walked me through the whole e-sign process which saved us a lot of time. A real pro!!

Jon worked very hard to help me meet a strict deadline for purchasing a home. He walked me through the paperwork process, and was always available to answer any of my questions or hear out my concerns. He also worked around my odd work schedule (I work nights.)
