No communication and plenty of broken commitments. And it must be their standard operating procedure because they left my job half done to go finish other jobs they had previously left half done. I won’t ever use them again, that’s for sure.

I have *Tried* using them many times over the years. They have a constant habit of not calling back, and even if you do get them, actually getting them to come out it a crap shoot. I called and scheduled someone to come out today. They never showed. I just called them and they said that it never actually got scheduled. I will never use them again. This is probably the third time that I have taken off work and they never showed. I recommend you don't use them either.

We had them come back to grind down the stump they left. No complaints there however they left sll the wood chips there.....i would have expected them to take the mess with them.

I have used Jones Road Tree Service many times and have always been pleased with the skill and knowledge of David and crew. You can ask David anything about trees and if doesn't know the answer, he will find out! The crew are so affable and fun to watch as they spread out and trim the trees to perfection and clean up so well that, if you didn't know better, it would seem they were never there. Jones Road is the company to call if you love your trees and don't want them butchered by fly by night companies.
